What is ECITE?

ECITE is the European Contact Improvisation Teachers exchange, which started in 1985 in Amsterdam. It provides opportunities to exchange on Contact Improvisation (CI) as a dance technique, as a way of moving and improvising. It is made possible by those who started to teach CI and wanted to deepen its practice.
The Conference focuses on pedagogic, methods of teaching and performance know how. It is for people deeply involved with the form of CI. We would like to welcome you if you are a teacher of CI or a performer using CI as base of your work.
